How the Feasibility Study works
We begin with an on-site meeting where we walk through your home together, identify challenges and establish a design brief.
From there, we develop a clear picture of what’s possible.

Initial site visit and briefing
Review of statutory planning (Council) controls and guidelines
Analysis of site opportunities and constraints
Initial enquiries with our trusted network of local builders and reliable consultants, where required
Sketch plans (2) to explore possibilities
Opinion of probable costs for each option
Second meeting in our studio to discuss the report and next steps
